About the estate

The Domaine la Part des Anges estate was founded in 2019 by David Loiret and covers a vineyard area of six hectares. The parcels are situated at an altitude between 300 and 400 meters near Caramany in a landscape characterized by gneiss and metamorphic rocks. The grape variety portfolio includes Syrah, Grenache Noir, Carignan Noir, and Carignan Blanc, featuring old vines up to a century in age. Vineyard management focuses on soil health and the careful handling of natural ground cover. The grapes undergo meticulous sorting both in the vineyard and in the cellar to ensure purity and quality in every wine.
