About the estate
Located in Féchy in the Vaud region, the Domaine La Colombe SA has its roots in the Paccot family, whose history traces back to Jules Paccot and the establishment of the cellar in 1961 by Roger Paccot. Today, the fourth generation is represented by Laura Paccot taking over the estate. The winery farms its vineyards biodynamically and relies on manual harvesting, natural fermentation, and careful aging to preserve the distinct character of grape varieties such as Chasselas. The wines are produced under the AOC La Côte and AOC Vaud denominations.
