About the estate
The Domaine de la Recorbe estate is managed by the Heiniger family in Eysins in the canton of Vaud and is now in its third generation. In 1997, Jean-Daniel took over the entire operation and has been vinifying the 3.5 hectares of vineyards located across Eysins and Coinsins since 2005. Around ten grape varieties are cultivated on these soils, which are mechanically weeded while the vines are protected using inputs approved for organic farming. Harvesting is carried out entirely by hand to preserve the quality of the grapes. The cellar produces fruity white wines as well as characterful red wines, including a sulfur-free cuvée.
