About the estate
The Domaine la Colliere estate was founded by self-taught winemaker Georges Perrot in Rasteau in the southern Rhône Valley. After starting with leased vineyards and supplying the local cooperative, the winery now farms 25 hectares of land. The estate operates under certified organic agricultural practices. The portfolio includes various AOC wines such as Rasteau and Côtes du Rhône, alongside IGP wines and Vin Doux Naturel. In the modern cellar, vinification utilizes traditional concrete and stainless steel tanks, as well as demi-muids and concrete eggs.
