The Alsatian estate Domaine Huber et Bleger is located at the foot of the Haut-Koenigsbourg castle in Saint-Hippolyte and is now managed in the third generation. The family winery cultivates 30 hectares of vineyards on predominantly sandy-granitic soils, complemented by parcels in Rorschwihr, Bergheim, and Kaysersberg. The portfolio includes wines from AOC Alsace, AOC Crémant d'Alsace, and the communal appellation Saint-Hippolyte Rouge, featuring grape varieties such as Pinot Noir, Riesling, Pinot Gris, and Gewurztraminer. Committed to environmental protection for over twenty years, the estate holds the Haute Valeur Environnementale certification.
