About the estate

The family-run Domaine Gerbeaut Francois et Sylvie manages 6.5 hectares of vineyards across the communes of Beaune, Pommard, Volnay, and Meursault in Burgundy. François Gerbeaut represents the fifth generation of winemakers, having settled in Meursault in 2006, and was joined by the sixth generation represented by Antoine. The estate works the vineyards using sustainable methods with measured soil cultivation to preserve biodiversity. Village appellation grapes are harvested by hand, with sorting conducted directly in the plot by the harvesters. Traditional vinification and aging in oak barrels are employed to respect the typical characteristics of each terroir.
