The Domaine Fahrer Paul estate is located in Orschwiller along the Alsace Wine Route and benefits from the natural protection of the Vosges mountains. The vineyards thrive on mineral-rich sandy soils, with more than sixty percent consisting of old vines. Since twenty-twenty, the winery has been in conversion to organic agriculture. Vinification is carried out with patience and precision, utilizing both traditional foudres and stainless steel vats for aging. The portfolio includes Crémants, white wines, red wines, and rosé wines.
