Domaine du Petit Bondieu

About the estate

The Domaine du Petit Bondieu estate, located in Restigné, was founded in 1976 by Jean-Marc Pichet and is now managed by his son Thomas Pichet. The property cultivates vineyards planted exclusively with Cabernet Franc and Chenin Blanc, producing wines within the AOC Bourgueil and AOC Chinon denominations. As a pioneer in organic viticulture, the estate eliminated all chemical products from its vineyards in the late 1990s and received official organic certification in 2010. A team of six full-time employees manages vineyard tasks and vinification processes within the modernized cellar facilities.
