Domaine du Moulin

About the estate

Located in Mathod, the Domaine du Moulin has belonged to the Gass family since 1980 and is now managed in the third generation. In addition to livestock farming and grain cultivation, viticulture on limestone and clay soils under the AOC Côtes de l'Orbe designation shapes the estate. Nine different grape varieties are cultivated across the vineyards in Mathod and Champvent. The portfolio includes white, rosé, red, and sparkling wines, which are presented in the historic tasting room set up in the former flour mill.
