About the estate

The Cave des Murailles estate is situated in the heart of the Côtes de l'Orbe and covers 4.3 hectares of vineyards. Working as family vignerons and winemakers, they manage all vineyard and cellar operations themselves. The harvest is traditionally done by hand, and the wines are vinified in tanks as well as oak barrels. Pressing, cellar work, bottling, and marketing are all carried out directly on the property. A selection of various grape varieties yields a diverse range of wines under the AOC Côtes de l'Orbe and AOC Vaud denominations.
