About the estate

The family winery Domaine du Moulin Berger in Saint-Amour Bellevue is managed by the brothers Cyril and Romain Laplace, whose ancestors had already run the estate for four generations. The vineyard area covers approximately 18 hectares, cultivating grapes for denominations such as Beaujolais, Bourgogne, and Juliénas. The viticultural approach relies on traditional expertise and manual harvesting of the grapes. In the cellar, the whole grapes undergo maceration for about ten days, followed by aging in oak vats for eight months. The wines are marketed worldwide through direct sales.
