Domaine du Cotrable

About the estate

The Domaine du Cotrable estate is located in Villars-sous-Yens within the La Côte region in Switzerland and covers a total area of 6.5 hectares, including four hectares of vineyards. The property farms according to organic principles and holds the Bio Suisse certification, entirely avoiding synthetic fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides. In the cellar, human intervention and additives are kept to a strict minimum to preserve the natural aromas and authenticity of the terroir. The portfolio comprises around fifteen single-varietal wines produced in close collaboration with oenologist Laurie Leuba Nicod.
