About the estate
The Domaine Dhommé estate is located in Chalonnes-sur-Loire within the Anjou region and is run with the experience of four generations. The winery farms 32 hectares of vineyards featuring clay-silt soils over brown to black schist rocks. Cultivated grape varieties include Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon, complemented by parcels of Chardonnay, Grolleau, Gamay, and Pineau d'Aunis. Certified organic since the 2014 vintage, the estate applies sustainable vineyard practices such as mechanical soil management, cover cropping, and natural treatments. The portfolio covers dry white wines, reds, sparkling Crémant de Loire, rosés, and Coteaux du Layon.
