About the estate
The Domaine des Grottes estate is located in the heart of the Beaujolais-Villages and operates according to organic and biodynamic standards. In addition to viticulture, the diversified farm includes the production of juices, grains, and medicinal plants, alongside land shared with an organic vegetable grower. On granitic soils, synthetic inputs and additives are completely avoided. Harvest yields are low, and in the cellar, wines are crafted through spontaneous fermentation without any additives.
