About the estate
The Domaine des Crocs Blancs estate is located in Chapareillan on the foothills of Mount Granier and was officially established in 2022 through the partnership of Franck Masson and Kevin Foucher. The vineyards benefit from an east-southeast exposure that preserves evening freshness even during hot vintages. The farming approach combines organic agriculture, biodynamic practices, manual harvesting, and creative vinification in barrels and jars. The grape varieties cultivated include Jacquère, Altesse, Verdesse, Pinot Noir, and Mondeuse. The majority of the production consists of white wines from Savoie and Isère, alongside small quantities of red wine.
