About the estate
The Domaine Delaharpe estate in Bursins in Vaud manages 8.5 hectares of vineyards distributed across the Vinzel and Côteau de Vincy appellations. The family's winemaking tradition dates back to 1481, while the estate itself was established in the early 20th century. Across 15 distinct parcels, about ten grape varieties are cultivated, with Chasselas representing the majority alongside red varieties such as Pinot Noir, Merlot and Gamay. The vineyards are farmed according to organic principles and harvested entirely by hand to ensure high quality. In the cellar, the estate relies on low-intervention winemaking with maturation in large wooden casks, barriques or temperature-controlled tanks.
