About the estate

The Domaine de Villeneuve estate is situated in the far north of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation and was acquired in 1993 by the Wallut family. A distinctive feature of the winery is its three separate terroirs, comprising the region's famous rounded pebbles, clay soils, and sandy soils. The grapes are carefully sorted, the vinification process is meticulously carried out, and the vineyard is managed according to biodynamic principles. This philosophy supports a deep commitment to the vines, resulting in harmonious and balanced wines with profound texture.
