About the estate
The Domaine de Saint Paul winery is located in the southern part of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation in the Rhône Valley and has been owned by the Jeune and Establet families since 1958. The estate spans 19 hectares of vineyards, divided into 14 hectares in Châteauneuf-du-Pape and five hectares in Côtes du Rhône. Managed by Béatrice, Isabelle, and Christophe Jeune, the property is certified organic. Harvesting is done manually early in the morning to carefully select the grapes. In the cellar, the wines mature in stainless steel tanks, concrete vats, and oak barrels, with syrah and select grenache aged in demi-muids and barriques.
