About the estate

The Domaine de Pierrascas estate is located in La Garde in the Var department at the heart of Provence, producing wines within the AOC Côtes de Provence denomination. The winery has practiced organic farming since 1983, making it one of the early certified organic estates in the region. Vineyard management relies heavily on manual labor and hand harvesting using small crates to protect the grapes. In the cellar, vinification is carried out using stainless steel vats, concrete tanks, and oak casks depending on the wine style. All agricultural and cellar operations are managed entirely by the estate's winemaker.
