About the estate
The Domaine de Noiré estate was acquired in 2001 by Odile and Jean-Max, who continue a family tradition dedicated to viticulture. The vineyards are situated in the AOC Chinon region on clay-siliceous, gravelly, and limestone tuffeau soils. The winery practices organic and biodynamic farming, featuring manual harvesting and controlled yields. Vinification is carried out in a modern cellar with temperature control to produce expressive and authentic wines.
