About the estate
The Molliex Pierre-Louis et Thierry estate cultivates seven hectares of vineyards in Féchy in the Vaud region. The winery looks back on a history dating back to the acquisition of the property in 1924 by Hedwige Molliex, and is now run by Thierry in the fourth generation. Chasselas dominates the vineyards, which are located on the hillside plots above the Route de l'Etraz. All vineyard work is carried out according to Integrated Production guidelines, featuring manual leaf removal and hand harvesting. Winemaking takes place traditionally directly in the estate's own cellar, which was built in 1890.
The eno directory lists 10 wines, mostly from Chasselas and Pinot Noir.
