The Domaine de La Perdrix estate is located in Trouillas within the Aspres region between the Mediterranean Sea and the Pyrenean foothills. Founded in 1811, this family-run property currently cultivates 30 hectares of vineyards set across a mosaic of poor soils. The production includes dry still wines and sweet natural wines under AOP and IGP designations, reflecting the characteristics of the Mediterranean terroir. The winery achieved official organic certification in 2021. Vineyard management relies on gentle, environmentally conscious methods to preserve local biodiversity and express the identity of the terroir.
