About the estate

The Domaine de La Croix estate is located in Bursins in the canton of Vaud and is managed by Yvan Parmelin, who took over the property from his father, Pierre. Covering 13 hectares of vineyards, the winemaker cultivates grape varieties such as Gamaret, Garanoir, Syrah, Dornfelder, and Merlot alongside other varieties, producing both white and red wine blends. The winery operates under certified organic agriculture with vineyards transitioning to biodynamic practices according to Demeter standards. The farming approach focuses on environmental protection, biodiversity, and the development of ecological networks. The portfolio includes a range of wines, featuring sulphur-free bottlings.
