The Domaine de la Commune de Corcelles-Le-Jorat estate cultivates 3.5 hectares of vineyards in the Lavaux region. The historical origins date back to 1769 when the municipality acquired vineyards in Lavaux to bypass local trade restrictions. Today, the family-run business is managed by Emmanuel and Christine Hug, who vinify their wines in the village of Grandvaux. The grape variety portfolio includes Chasselas, Plant-Robert, as well as various red wines and specialties. The fragmented vineyard parcels are managed through integrated production methods.
