About the estate
The Domaine de l'Envolée estate is located in Tourbes within the Languedoc-Roussillon region and traces its origins to the acquisition of a former agricultural property in 2012. Following years of renovation and the gradual expansion of vineyard holdings, the estate released its first vintage in 2020. Today, the family-run property spans 14 hectares of land, with six hectares dedicated to vineyards. Operating under the Côtes de Thongue IGP denomination, the winery produces four red wines, one rosé, and one white wine. Additionally, the estate features on-site tourist accommodations for visitors.
