About the estate
The Domaine de Gavaisson estate is located in the heart of Provence in Lorgues, surrounded by Mediterranean nature and white limestone pebble soils. Established around thirty years ago across ten cultivated terraces, the vineyards are certified for organic farming and focus on the Rolle and Sémillon grape varieties. Vineyard management follows natural principles, and the grapes are rigorously harvested by hand in small crates. Situated in a former sheepfold, the cellar combines modern high-technology equipment with traditional methods for vinification. The white wines are aged in stainless steel vats, new oak barrels, and ovoid natural concrete tanks.
