About the estate
The Domaine de Garbelle winery was established in 1988 by Jean-Charles Gambini and his father in the heart of the Sainte-Baume Regional Natural Park in Garéoult. Today, the estate within the AOC Coteaux Varois en Provence denomination is managed independently. Following several years of sustainable farming, the property has progressively transitioned to organic agriculture certified by Ecocert. Since 2018, the estate has also adopted biodynamic practices to enhance organic life within the vineyards. In addition to winemaking, the property produces organic olive oil and honey from restored parcels with ancient olive trees and beehives.
