About the estate
The Domaine Campoy estate is located in Flaujac-Poujols within the Sud-Ouest region. In 2001, Christophe Campoy decided to replant vines on land that had belonged to his family for several generations and previously returned to woodland. The vineyards are situated on a limestone plateau at an altitude of 280 meters within the Parc Naturel Régional des Causses du Quercy. Management involves no chemical weedkillers, relying instead on manual and mechanical soil cultivation as well as hand harvesting. Vinification takes place traditionally in small stainless steel tanks, followed by aging in stainless steel and oak barrels.
