About the estate

The Domaine Burgué-Séré estate is situated on the hills of Saint-Faust and has been run by the Séré family for several generations. Spanning 20 hectares of vineyards, the estate cultivates indigenous grape varieties including Petit Manseng, Gros Manseng, Petit Courbu, Camaralet, and Lauzet. These indigenous varieties produce dry, sweet, and late-harvest Jurançon wines, alongside red and rosé wines made from grapes such as Tannat, Cabernet Franc, Manseng noir, and Marselan. All wines are crafted entirely in-house, from vineyard management to bottling in the recently renovated cellar.

The eno directory lists 5 wines, mostly from Petit Manseng and Gros Manseng.
