About the estate
The Domaine Bohr estate was founded in the 1960s in Gimbrett in Alsace and is managed as a family business. Today, the winery cultivates nine hectares of vineyards around the village in the Kochersberg region with south-facing exposures. All regional grape varieties are produced alongside local specialties such as Auxerrois, Rouge du Kochesberg, and AOC Crémant d'Alsace. The vineyards are grassed and nourished with farm-produced composted manure, while the wines are aged in stainless steel tanks in a modern cellar.
