Domaine Badoux-Parisod

About the estate

The family-owned Domaine Badoux-Parisod estate cultivates six hectares of vineyards in the heart of Lavaux in Switzerland. The vineyards extend from the steep slopes of Dézaley to the gentler sites of Villette. Cultivation of the terraced slopes, which reach gradients of up to 45 percent, relies heavily on manual labor, including hand harvesting. The soils, formed by glacial moraines, are rich in limestone, clay, sand, and gravel. In 2021, Sébastien Badoux took over the management of the estate, which he now runs together with his wife.
