About the estate

The Dipoli winery is a small family estate in South Tyrol, established in 1987 and cultivating seven hectares of vineyards. The steeply sloped vineyards require intensive labor and manual work for every step from pruning to harvest. Founder Peter and his nephew Felix focus on precision, elegance, and wines that reflect their origin in the terroir. Sauvignon Blanc is cultivated high up on the hillsides on light soils dominated by dolomitic rock, while Bordeaux varieties are grown in the warmer and heavier lower sites. The annual production amounts to around 50,000 bottles.
