About the estate
The Dietrich estate in Petronell-Carnuntum looks back on a family tradition since 1922 and is managed in the fifth generation. The vineyards are situated around Petronell-Carnuntum and on the Spitzerberg on stony, sandy loam soils. The Pannonian climate and sustainable cultivation form the basis for growing grape varieties such as Grüner Veltliner, Pinot Blanc, Blaufränkisch, and Zweigelt. In the cellar, white wines mature in stainless steel tanks or wooden barrels, while red wines are aged classically in large wooden barrels or barriques. As a Rubin winery, the estate also produces the regional brands Primus and Rubin Carnuntum.
The eno directory lists 22 wines, mostly from Zweigelt and Grüner Veltliner.
