About the estate
The Dersch estate is an independent agricultural and forestry enterprise in the Weinviertel region, managed by Erich Dersch following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather. The winery cultivates a vineyard area of five hectares with plots located in Hagenbrunn and Stammersdorf. The vines are tended to throughout the year with careful manual labour, drawing on long-standing experience and a respectful approach to nature. The production process involves short pruning, targeted foliage management, and a harvest conducted partly by hand and partly by machine. Through temperature-controlled fermentation, these practices yield fruity, clean wines with a typical regional character.
