About the estate

The Deppelerwein Tegerfelden winery looks back on a long family tradition of winemaking in the wine village of Tegerfelden, which was established as a company in 2015. On a vineyard area of 0.75 hectares in steep locations such as «Guggenbühl» and «Trotte», the growers cultivate varieties including Pinot Noir, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Chardonnay. The elaborate vineyard management is carried out by hand with the support of relatives and friends, alongside selective grape harvesting. For vinification, the estate collaborates with the Schinznach Dorf winegrowers' cooperative to produce quality wines. The wines are distributed under the AOC Aargau denomination.
