About the estate
The De Canali winery is a third-generation family estate founded in 2012 in Salquenen in the Valais. The estate cultivates 2.5 hectares of vineyards on poor, limestone and slate soils in prime locations of the sun-drenched terroir. Farming is conducted biodynamically and in harmony with nature, consciously avoiding chemical plant protection products and synthetic fertilizers. In the cellar, vinification follows biodynamic principles with as little technology and additives as possible to produce natural wines.
