The Damien Laureau estate was founded in 1999 by Florence and Damien Laureau in Épiré near Angers, with their son Martin joining the family business in 2024. Spanning six hectares of vineyards within the Savennières and Savennières Roche-aux-Moines appellations, the estate exclusively cultivates Chenin Blanc. The winery operates under organic certification and implements regenerative agriculture practices alongside soil microbiology techniques. Vineyard management relies on meticulous manual labor to ensure healthy grape selection and optimal ripeness. In the cellar, the wines undergo gentle, extended, and non-interventionist maturation before being bottled without filtration.
