About the estate
The Chateau Pierre Bise estate was founded in 1959 by Pierre Papin in the Pays de la Loire and has since been managed through family generations. Today, the winery encompasses 45 hectares of vineyards extending across the diverse geological formations of the Loire region. The primary focus lies on cultivating the Chenin grape variety, complemented by Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Gamay. Since the 1970s, the estate has operated according to organic principles with the aim of promoting plant health and soil vitality. The portfolio includes various appellations such as Anjou, Quarts de Chaume Grand Cru, and Savennières.
