About the estate
The Corte Cavolo estate is located in Valpantena in Grezzana, Veneto, and cultivates a vineyard area of 2.5 hectares. The historic, terraced vineyards are situated at an altitude of about 300 meters on slopes surrounded by woods and are managed using organic methods. All major tasks for the varieties Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella are carried out by hand. In the small winery located within the historic premises of Villa Grigolatti, exclusively estate-grown grapes are processed. Winemaking relies on minimal intervention to respect the grapes and embrace the natural variability of different vintages.
