About the estate
The Clos Saint Antonin estate was founded in 2014 by Isabelle Sabon, who comes from a winemaking family and has long co-managed the family-owned Domaine de la Janasse. It is located in the northern part of the municipality of Jonquières at the highest point of the Plan de Dieu appellation in the Rhône Valley. The property centers around an 18th-century Provençal farmhouse surrounded by a walled vineyard covering 15 hectares. Grape varieties such as Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Clairette, and Chardonnay thrive on stony soils set upon marl. This traditional family-run operation is managed with a commitment to respecting the terroir, the environment, and future generations.

Pêche blanche, poire, écorce d'agrumes et arômes de brioche émergent de ce blanc complexe. Moyennement corsé, ce blanc concentré dispose d'une élégante minéralité.
