About the estate
The Clos Maria estate is located in the protected nature reserve of the Maria Valley within the Montsant region in Catalonia, comprising a 230-hectare property with ten hectares of vineyards. Dating back to the 19th century, the estate includes the historic Perinet family homestead and an onsite winery. The vineyards are planted with white and red grape varieties such as Carinyena, Garnatxa, Cabernet, and Syrah on local licorella soils. The boutique winery produces approximately 25,000 bottles per vintage of handcrafted red and white wines.
