About the estate

The Chateau Labrousse estate is located in the heart of the Bordeaux wine region within the AOC Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux appellation and is documented as one of the oldest properties in the area. The history of the domain dates back to the 19th century, and through successive acquisitions over the 20th century, the property expanded to encompass more than 60 hectares of vineyards. Today, the estate is managed by Jacques and Sabrina Chardat, who focus heavily on preserving local biodiversity and working without herbicides. The winery holds environmental certifications for its sustainable management practices and produces wines under the Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux and Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux Blanc denominations.
