The Château La Borie estate is located in Drôme Provençale within the southern Rhône Valley, managing 65 hectares of vineyards alongside 55 hectares of forests. Winemaking is rooted in a tradition dating back to Roman occupation, producing wines under the Côtes du Rhône, Côtes du Rhône Villages, and Côtes du Rhône Villages Suze-La-Rousse appellations. The portfolio features organic sparkling, white, rosé, and red cuvées, holding organic certification starting from the 2024 vintage. Biodiversity, soil microbial life, and sustainable practices from the soil to the bottle remain at the core of the operational philosophy.
