About the estate
The Château Henri Bonnaud estate is located in the municipality of Le Tholonet in Provence and is run in the third generation by Stéphane Spitzglous, who took over the winery in 1996. The vineyard area covers about 30 hectares, with parcels situated in the Palette appellation as well as in Côtes de Provence, Côtes de Provence Cru Sainte-Victoire, and Méditerranée IGP. The estate benefits from a unique microclimate within a natural amphitheater featuring limestone soils and optimal sun exposure suited for producing structured and gastronomic wines. Since 2010, the winery has been managed according to organic farming principles, and all wines have been certified organic since 2013.
