About the estate
The Chateau Haute Borie estate is managed by Jean-Marie Sigaud alongside his sons Sébastien and Pierre. The history of the winery in southwestern France dates back to 1975, when Jean-Marie Sigaud planted vines on steep limestone slopes in the Cahors region. Further plantings followed in 2005, with plans to cultivate additional portions of the stony hillside. The wines produced by the estate reflect the origins of the AOC Cahors and Côtes du Lot IGP appellations.
The eno directory lists 4 wines, mostly from Malbec.
