About the estate
The Château des Demoiselles estate is located in the Var hinterland of Provence and is owned by the family of Aurélie Bertin, who previously owned the property between 1956 and 1978. Nestled in the Esclans Valley, the entire estate covers 300 hectares, with 72 hectares dedicated to vineyards within the AOC Côtes de Provence appellation. The vineyards stretch between plains and hills on red clay-limestone soils. Since August 2022, the vineyard has been certified organic. At the heart of the estate stands a historic bastide dating from 1830.
