About the estate
The Château de Selle estate is located in Taradeau in Provence and was acquired in 1912 by Marcel Ott as the family's very first property. The vineyards are situated on high limestone hills with terraced soils containing gypsum, sandstone, and red clay. Cultivation follows organic farming standards combined with biodynamically inspired practices. The contemporary cellar utilizes a gravity-flow process, small stainless-steel vats, large oak casks, barrels, and ceramic spheres. The portfolio includes elegant rosé and red wines as well as a traditional grape marc spirit.
