About the estate
The Château de Cagnac estate is located in Mombrier, Bordeaux, and represents the life project of Stéphane Tensen, who fulfilled a dream by taking over a vineyard. The vines are farmed organically with minimal interventions to faithfully express the terroir of the AOC Côtes de Bourg. Every single grape is harvested by hand with great care and respect for the fruit. Depending on the cuvée, aging takes place in oak barrels, amphorae, or stainless steel vats to achieve balance, purity, and freshness in the red, rosé, and Blancs de Noirs wines.
