About the estate
The Chateau de Bastet estate is located in the commune of Sabran within the Rhône Valley and encompasses 64 hectares of contiguous vineyards in a green setting. In 1997, Jean-Charles Aubert transitioned the entire property to biodynamic farming, a path now continued by his daughter Julie and her husband. The vineyards are cultivated in harmony with nature without the use of chemical products, pesticides, or herbicides, and the wines are certified by the Demeter label. The estate combines historical and modern production facilities, featuring a 17th-century cellar alongside a 21st-century cellar for vinification. The portfolio highlights organic wines produced under designations such as AOC Côtes du Rhône and IGP Pays d'Oc.
