Über den Betrieb
Das im Herzen des Massif des Alpilles gelegene Château d’Estoublon blickt auf eine Geschichte bis in das Jahr 1489 zurück und umfasst eine Fläche von 300 Hektar. Auf dem traditionsreichen Anwesen in der Provence wechseln sich Weinberge und Olivenhaine ab. Der in der Appellation Les Baux de Provence klassifizierte Weinberg wird nach den Richtlinien des biologischen Landbaus bewirtschaftet. Zu den kultivierten Rebsorten zählen unter anderem Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Mourvèdre, Roussanne und Rolle.
